Size

Translucent Neon Yellow UV Reactive PCTG PRO combines bold neon yellow color with a fluorescent effect under UV light. Made in Indiana, USA. Printed translucency depends on wall thickness, internal structure and print settings; UV reactive does not mean glow-in-the-dark.

Start with a nozzle temperature of 255–272°C and a heated bed around 80°C (±10°C), then tune for your printer and part.

Check the color and UV effect with a Translucent Neon Yellow UV Reactive PCTG sample coil.

Translucent Neon Yellow UV Reactive PCTG PRO: finish and uses

A bold neon yellow with a translucent finish and a fluorescent response under UV light. Consider it for eye-catching models, display pieces and creative projects. Made in Indiana, USA.

UV reactive describes the visible effect under UV illumination, not lasting glow after the light is removed or a UV-weathering rating. Wall thickness, infill, layer structure and lighting affect translucency and perceived color.

Indicative color reference: #FFF700, attributed to Filamentcolors.xyz and not independently verified. A hex reference cannot represent translucency or UV fluorescence; compare a physical sample under your intended lighting.

Printing Translucent Neon Yellow UV Reactive PCTG PRO

Published nozzle temperature: 255–272°C. Heated bed: approximately 80°C, with a 70–90°C starting range. Adjust for your printer, build surface and part geometry.

An existing Atomic PETG PRO profile can be a starting point, but test rather than assuming every setting transfers unchanged. Tune temperature, cooling, flow and retraction for your setup.

Functional performance

PCTG PRO is a toughness-focused option for functional prints. Match your design and printing setup to the expected loads and operating conditions. Chemical, oil and grease compatibility depends on the substance, concentration, exposure time and temperature; test a representative part for your application.

Quality and specifications

Published diameter and roundness tolerances: ±0.02 mm or better. Refer to the available variant above for diameter and spool details.

Spool returns

Translucent Neon Yellow UV Reactive PCTG PRO FAQ

What does UV reactive mean?

The neon yellow color fluoresces under UV illumination. The effect depends on the lighting used.

Does it glow in the dark after the light is removed?

The listed effect is fluorescence under UV light, not a claim of lasting glow in darkness.

Will thick parts still look translucent?

Thicker walls and dense infill can make a part appear less translucent. Test your intended geometry and lighting.

Can I use my Atomic PETG PRO profile?

Use it as a starting point, then test and tune. The published nozzle range is 255–272°C, with bed guidance of 80°C ±10°C.

Can I try a sample first?

Yes. Try a Translucent Neon Yellow UV Reactive PCTG sample coil to check the color, UV effect and printer settings.
