Proper usage
Atomic 3D printer filaments should be used in a safe manner with adult supervision, adequate & proper air exchange should be used to exhaust fumes generated during 3D printing. Operating temperature stated on product label should not be exceeded. SDS Sheets are available in our FAQ section & our product collection pages.
Order Cancellations & Adjustments
Orders cancelled that have been paid but not shipped will be refunded to the original payment method at customer request but will have a non-refundable 3.2% transaction fee deducted as we do not receive them back from our credit card processor. Gift Cards can be issued for the full amount if requested to avoid this deduction. If we cancel your order due to a problem on our behalf (out of stock for example) you will be issued a FULL refund. Tax Exempt orders must have proper paperwork submitted & verified prior to order placement for your account to have tax collection removed, we do not issue retroactive sales tax refunds.
Shipping policy
We ship most items promptly and will notify you of extended delays shipping your items, we utilize USPS and FedEx Express & Ground services, we reserve the right to combine multiple orders into a single shipment. We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays. Items lost in transit will be replaced after sufficient time has passed to ensure the parcel lost and not late for arrival. Items that are marked as delivered but claimed to have not been received or stolen from the recipients property are not eligible for replacement / refund as Atomic Filament cannot guarantee the security or activity at your property. We are not responsible for items delivered to an address that was incorrectly entered on the order, we ship to the address you provide, please double check and notify us if there is a mistake ASAP. We will assist if at all possible with tracking down the package and making sure it was delivered to the correct address utilizing GPS confirmation at delivery time however we cannot be held responsible for missing/stolen packages at your location.
Product Returns
Products returned to us that are NOT DEFECTIVE or refused packages / non deliverable packages must arrive back to us in original sealed factory packaging with no damage to the product and in clean like new condition within 30 days from original shipment. Items returned in this manner will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which covers the 3.2% transaction charge along with inspection labor, repacking of the product, inventory management and other costs we incur accepting product back. Outbound S&H costs that we incur will also be deducted from your refund as these are fees we pay to get the product from our location to yours. Clearance / mark down items, special order & BULK sale items are non-returnable.
Defective products
Defective product is extremely rare and most times we can resolve your issues via email communication and alternative printer / slicing software settings.
Product that is returned to us that is a result of a mistake or manufacturing defect made on our part will be refunded in full with NO DEDUCTIONS or a replacement will be sent out FREE OF CHARGE with shipping charges paid by us.
We may require products being claimed as defective to be returned to us for testing, not all instances will require product to be returned back to us and we may have you show proof of destruction of the defective product prior to refunds/replacements being issued , we may also require video evidence demonstrating the defect prior to replacing a product. Atomic Filament will make the decision if the product is defective and outside of specifications. Atomic Filament is not responsible for product stored improperly as many items are climate sensitive.
