Bright White ASA: material and uses
Bright White ASA pairs a clean, snow-white color with UV and weather resistance for outdoor fixtures, enclosures and functional prints. Made in Indiana, USA from premium virgin ASA resin.
Printing Bright White ASA
Start with a nozzle temperature of 240–260°C and a bed temperature of 90–110°C. Adjust for your printer, build surface and part geometry.
A heated build plate is required. An enclosure is strongly recommended. Use appropriate ventilation. Keep the printing environment warm and draft-free. An enclosure does not replace ventilation.
Drying and storage
If the filament has been left out, dry at 80°C for at least 6 hours. Confirm that your drying equipment and spool are suitable for that temperature. Store sealed with desiccant between uses.
Quality and specifications
Manufactured with laser-based diameter and roundness monitoring. Published diameter and roundness tolerances: ±0.02 mm. Supplied as 1.75 mm filament on a 1 kg spool.
Spool returns

Bright White ASA FAQ
Is it suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. ASA offers UV and weather resistance. Choose a part design and material suited to the expected load and exposure conditions.
Do I need an enclosure?
An enclosure is strongly recommended, especially for larger prints. A warm, stable environment helps reduce warping and layer separation.
Does it need drying?
If left out, dry at 80°C for at least 6 hours using suitable equipment and a temperature-compatible spool.
Can I try a sample first?
Yes. Try a Bright White ASA sample coil to check the finish and test your printing setup.
