📦 How It Works
Ship Your Spools
Ship your eligible empty spools to the address listed on our website. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Include Your Info
Include a note inside the package with your name and email address clearly written so we can issue your credit.
Get Your Credit
Once we receive, count, and inspect the spools, we'll issue an account credit to the email address provided.
📋 Important Notes
Some customers find this program very beneficial, especially when returning multiple spools at once. However, depending on your location and shipping costs, it may not be cost-effective for everyone. This program is offered as both a convenience to our customers and as part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability.
🔵 If returning the spools doesn't make sense for you, our spools are made of ABS plastic and can be recycled where facilities accept this material.
