Bed Bond Application & Tech Guide
⚡ Quick Application
- Prep: Ensure your build plate is clean, cold, and free of oils or dust.
- Apply: Shake gently, invert, and depress the applicator tip to release fluid. Spread a light, thin, uniform coat over the target print zone. Do not squeeze the bottle hard.
- Dry & Heat: Allow the fluid to dry completely before heating the bed. Once hot, the adhesive activates.
- Release: Let the bed cool completely to room temperature. The parts will detach easily with minimal force.
- Cleanup: 100% water-soluble. Rinse clean with warm water when switching plates.
