The only reason this loses a star is that the roll was not wound properly and the filament got too tight and broke more than once. The only way to alleviate this as a customer is either unwind the entire thing onto another roll and wind it properly OR manually feed it when I see it getting taught like that to prevent breaks; IE baby sit the print forever.
I'm confident that in the future Atomic will fix this and wind their rolls better. Even their 1kg rolls are done like this and it's highly problematic.
Aside from that I have made and tested a few mini tools and such with this version of their filament and was incredibly impressed.
Ender 3 v2
205 nozzle temp
60 bed temp
I print a bit slow to get clean lines at around 50mm/s or slower
0.2mm layer height
0.5mm nozzle size
3.5mm retraction on all metal hot end.
Everything I have successfully printed so far has been amazing. The ones that failed though - failed late in the prints so...either lots of lost filament or i have to glue/weld prints together - which isn't ideal.
Overall very happy with it minus the incredibly poor rolling of the filament.
