CARBON FIBER Extreme Black PETG
CARBON FIBER INFUSED Deep Black Opaque Extreme PETG PRO
Available in ONE KILO (2.2lbs) & 3.5 KG Jumbo rolls
Prints with a deep black slightly textured surface & no transparency.
Filament and parts are NOT brittle like some other CF products. Excellent for professional looking technical prints.
Engineering grade PETG resin with USA made premium MILLED carbon fiber NOT powder or dust.
PETG is a newer printing filament and has the advantage of printing easily like PLA, but offering higher temp and impact resistance like ABS.
Carbon fiber infused filament benefits:
- Increased rigidity / strength
- Highly desirable texture / look
- Greatly reduced part shrink / warp
- Greatly reduced stringing / angel hairs
- Printed parts hold better details / sharp corners

I'd expect a fiber filled product to present difficulties. However, I found this material as easy to print as unloaded PETG. The print parameters I used for PETG worked just as well with less stringing. As many people noted, the texture hides the print lines. The carbon fiber gives a matte texture which looks less plastic. It's all the good things with PETG combined with improved strength. Except for installing a steel nozzle, a novice can use this with no issues.
Gary, glad to hear the ease of use. Excellent to hear!
I was using a different filament for an ongoing project, and I was becoming less satisfied with it. I have started using this CF filament and am liking how things are turning out. It is about $15 more per roll than what I was using, but the quality of my finished piece has been great.
Yes Lyle, we are not inexpensive. And I am so glad the quality matters and you can see it! We really work hard to make the best!
I grabbed a roll of this CF PETG to print a couple of parts I needed to be more rigid compared to regular PETG. This filament is much stiffer than regular PETG and as a bonus it prints easier. Way less stringing and very nice surface finish. The only adjustment I had to make from my regular Atomic Filament PETG profile was to increase the nozzle temp. Yes, I *increased* the temp and have way less stringing with a PETG based filament! Definitely a recommended filament if you need/want PETG characteristics but want/need less bend in the printed parts.
Patrick, great comment. Thanks for the info for the rest of our community!
Best quality prints I have ever done. Best balance of print quality and strength. Carbon fiber obscures layer lines and makes for a great looking print. Bought more immediately. I also bought blue cf petg and I am waiting for red cf petg to come back in stock.
Matt, Thanks for the fantastic review. We live on this sort of feedback! Will be on that Red CF soon...
Just tried my first roll on my difficult project where I needed a little more structural strength. So far having good results.
Gary, so glad you are having good results. We aim to please!
