PETG has become very popular in 3D printing materials in recent years. As an easy-to-print, durable, low to no odor and affordable material.
PETG offers increased temperature resistance of 78C compared to PLA at 58C.
Because of its high strength, impact resistance, and good temperature resistance compared to PLA, PETG is often used for practical applications that need to accommodate regular use and a bit of flexibility. If you need high temperature resistance look into our ABS and ASA lineup , they are good for 105C.
PETG should be dried at 60C for a minimum of 8 hours for best performance if left out. PETG performs much better when printed dry or from a dry box.
IF YOU CAN THINK IT, YOU CAN MAKE IT.
